We are a workers’ co-operative made up of five members. We specialise in producing
and selling all kinds of organic food.
We have a sustainably built warehouse where we prepare orders, which we deliver
directly to customers’ homes using our own transport (Xinzo, Allariz, Ourense).
For customers in the rest of Galicia
and across Spain, we send orders via express or refrigerated delivery.

Next to the warehouse, we have farms and greenhouses where we grow vegetables.
The advantage of all this is that we can harvest the fruit and vegetables on the very day we process your order; furthermore, we work in
partnership with other neighbouring organic producers: Maribel and Andrés (vegetable garden) and Xosé and Carlos (mainly chestnuts and potatoes)
Perfecto, Francisco and Aroa (beekeeping).

We are all registered and therefore subject to the supervision of the
Galician Regulatory Council for Organic Farming.
For out-of-season produce or items that cannot be grown here due to the climate,
we source from other producers spread throughout Galicia and even
across the whole of Spain and Portugal. In this way, we can maintain
a constant and varied supply of the most basic foods a family needs throughout the year.
With the same aim in mind, we have gradually included packaged products such as oil, pasta and tinned goods, amongst others.

When preparing orders, we try to minimise
waste as much as possible, using cardboard and wooden boxes,
paper bags or biodegradable plastic bags. The organic waste
produced in the warehouse is used as animal feed or
goes straight into our compost bins. There, mixed with oak leaves and other
plant matter from our vegetable garden, it turns into excellent organic compost. We buy in bulk, because
it works out cheaper and generates far less packaging. Similarly, we reuse boxes, because
as well as saving a little money, we firmly believe in the
‘three Rs’ strategy: Reuse, Reduce and Recycle.
