Origin: Galicia – Pan do mar –
A pâté made from mackerel sourced from controlled and sustainable fishing, caught one by one using rods by small-scale coastal fishermen in the Cantabrian Sea. Handcrafted according to the traditional recipe with peppers, extra virgin olive oil from the first cold pressing, onion, garlic and sweet peppers. All ingredients are sourced from certified organic farming.
Organic ingredients certified by BCS Öko-Garantie. Spanish Authority for the Control of Organic Production: ES-ECO-022-GA/CRAEGA, Regulatory Council for Organic Production in Galicia. Produced in accordance with the provisions of the European Regulation on Organic Production (EU) No 834/2007, Article 23.
